Jessa Khan Donates $1,000 to Cambodian Red Cross

PHNOM PENH: Jessa Khan, who won the gold medal for Ju-Jitsu’ Ne-waza No Gi under 52kg category at the 2023 SEA Games, donated $ 1,000 to the Cambodian Red Cross in honor of May 8’s World Red Cross Day.

In an interview with local media on May 11, Jessa Khan thanked the fans and the people of Cambodia for their support in all her matches. In return, she donated $ 1,000 to the Cambodian Red Cross to help people who struggle and are in need.

In response, First Lady Bun Rany, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, thanked Khan for the donation to commemorate the 160th Anniversary of the Red Cross. Cambodia is celebrating this year under the theme: "UNITE with the Cambodian Red Cross for Social Inclusion.”
